On behalf of the International Journal of Judicial Science Research Studies (IJJSRS) we assure that we will strictly adhere to all regulations and publication ethics, including the criteria against malpractice and other matters.  We are committed to follow to the best practices on moral dilemmas, mistakes, and retractions.

Instructions for Authors

  • Authors should ensure that their submission is their original work and has not been previously published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Authors should acknowledge all sources of data used in their research and properly cite previous work that has influenced their work.
  • Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation of their findings.
  • Authors should ensure that their research is conducted in an ethical manner and follows all relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Authors should accurately report their findings and not engage in data manipulation or fabrication.
  • Authors should provide proper attribution to all contributors to the research, including funding sources.
  • Authors should seek permission from copyright holders for any third-party materials included in their submission.
  • Authors should promptly inform the journal editor of any errors or inaccuracies in their submission after publication.
  • Authors should comply with all editorial policies and guidelines provided by the journal.
